摘 要:为了适应现代高技术战争的特点,必须提高舰艇的智能化决策能力和装备的自动化能力。分析了我国舰载作战指挥自动化系统和战术应用软件在发展中面临的问题,提出数据融合、辅助决策和打击效果评估是指挥自动化系统最关键的应用支撑技术,是战术应用软件研制的重点。发展目标是整合全舰资源,实现战术应用软件与指控系统的一体化、集成化,作战系统的智能化、自动化,信息系统的扁平化、网络化,建立一个分布式的、自适应的、容错的实时网络计算环境。It is of importance for the shipboard command and control system to improve the automation level as to providing decision support information. The major problems that exist in the development of C4ISR system and tactical applications are analyzed. Three key technologies that include data fusion, decision aiding, and battle damage assessment are technical support of the shipboard automated com- mand and control system. It's necessary to improve the operational efficiency by integration of total ship computing resources, and to implement an integrated design that incorporates command and control sys- tem (inclusive of tactical applications), combat systems, and networked information systems. The target is to build a distributed, self-adaptive, real-time and fault tolerant computing environment.
