摘　　要：使用最新光子扫描隧道显微镜（ＰＳＴＭ）探测场的理论计算公式，采用比较符合实际探测的理论模型，对ＰＳＴＭ探测场进行了计算机数值模拟，对探测场分布随扫描控制参量的变化规律进行了系统的研究，得到了与实际探测结果一致的探测场分布规律，为ＰＳＴＭ四层介质理论的进一步应用打下了基础．Using the calculation for formula of the probe fields of the four model of the photon scanning tunneling microscopy, and deriving more practical model of the tip, the numerical simulation calculation on the computer is carried out. After a description of PSTM construction and operation, probe fields intensity measurements coinciding with model calculation are obtained. The results of the calculation are good for improving the probe fields intensity measurements.
