摘　　要：大型复合材料型面构件是航天飞行器的一个重要部件，它的制造关键是如何在大型曲面加工中保证阴阳面配合精度问题；为解决这一难题，研制开发了大型配对型面数控数字化测量加工系统．介绍了控制系统的组成和功能、数字化采集和数字化加工方法．生产实践证明，该加工系统总体设计思想正确，功能齐全，使用可靠，满足了生产的需要．The large compound material component is an important part used in space aircraft. It is the key problem that how to ensure the cooperate precison between convex and concave. The authors have developed the CNC and digitizing system for measuring and manufacturing large compound material surface. This paper introduces the composition of this system and the method of digitizing machining.
