整肠生贝飞达联合肯特令治疗婴幼儿腹泻200例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨整肠生、贝飞达联合肯特令治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法:选取婴幼儿腹泻病例200例,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组应用整肠生、贝飞达联合肯特令治疗,对照组予肯特令治疗。结果:治疗组有效率85%,对照组有效率57%。结论:应用整肠生、贝飞达联合肯特令治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效显著,且疗程明显缩短,且未见毒副作用,值得临床推广使用。Objective ：To investigate the therapeutic efficiency of infantile diarrhea with bacillus licheniformis capsules, bifid triple viable capsules and montmorillonite powder. Method： 200 cases of infantile diarrhea were selected in the study. They were divided into control group and treating group randomly. The control group was treated only with montmorillonite powder. The treating group was treatd by drug combination with bacillus licheniformis capsules, bifid triple viable capsules and montmorillonite powder. Result： Effieency rat of treating group was 85% and 57% in control group. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of the drug combination was significant. And at the same time, it could reduce therapy time and without side effect. The drug combination was worth of wide application in clinical therapy.
