摘　　要：目的:观察新生儿喂养困难时临床联合用药的治疗效果。方法:将63例喂养困难的新生儿随机分成治疗组32例,对照组31例。对照组给予少食多餐、体位疗法等常规治疗,并积极治疗原发病。治疗组在此基础上采用四磨汤和小剂量红霉素联合治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组缓解腹胀、呕吐、胃潴留等症状,明显优于对照组。结论:四磨汤和小剂量红霉素联合应用治疗新生儿喂养困难疗效显著。Objective： To study the effect of combination drug therapy for feeding into lerance neonate. Method： 63 cases neonate with feeding intolerance were divided into treatment group （ 32 cases ） and control group （31 cases）. The neonate in control group were treated the primarily disease with positional therapy and less feeding for several meals. While, Four group soup and small dosage of erythromycin were given to the neonate in treatment group. Then compared the effect of two groups. Resutl： It＇s superior to control group in relieving abdominal distension, vomiting and gastric retention. Conclusion： Treating feeding intolerance neonate with four group soup combined small dosage of erythromycin is effective obviously.
