摘　　要：目的:探讨应用腹腔镜治疗宫外孕围术期的护理重点及措施。方法:回顾性分析我院自2001年至2008年诊治的178例经腹腔镜手术治疗的宫外孕患者的围术期护理特点。结果:本组病例全部康复出院,无严重术后并发症。结论:在护理过程中,护理人员加强患者围术期的护理对患者术后的康复起到关键的作用。Objective： To expolre the perioperative nursing emphasis and nursing measures of gynaeeological laparoscopic operation . Methods： To retrospectively analyse the nursing measures and features from 2001 -2008 in our hospitals. Result： All patients recovered and discharged without major postoperative complication. Conclusion： To strengthen perioperative nursing is the key in the course of rehabilitation after gynaecological laparoscopic operation
