摘　　要：提出了一种宽频段接收机的设计方案,分析了混频方案的合理性并进行了验证,对整个系统进行建模和仿真。系统性能仿真显示了该设计方案有良好的中频增益及大于90 dBc的镜像抑制特性。This paper presents a design scheme for a wideband receiver. The rationality of frequency mixing method is analyzed and validated.Then the modeling and simulation of the whole system is proceeded.The results show that this design scheme is correct and effective with high gain of intermediate frequency and more than 90dBc image restraint characteristic.
