健脑益智胶囊对缺血性卒中患者脑保护作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的观察健脑益智胶囊对缺血性卒中患者的脑保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法180例缺血性卒中患者随机分为2组。对照组60例,给予常规方法治疗;治疗组120例,在常规治疗基础上给予健脑益智胶囊口服。观察2组患者内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化。结果治疗组在降低ET、升高CGRP、降低LPO、升高SOD及改善神经功能缺损、降脂、降低血粘度方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健脑益智胶囊可调节ET、CGRP、LPO、SOD含量,降脂、降低血粘度可能是其对缺血性卒中患者脑保护的作用机制之一。Objective To observe brain-protection effect of Jiannao Yizhi Capsule on ischemic stroke and explore its mechanism. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of ischemic stroke patients were divided into two groups. Sixty cases in control group were treated with conventional method, one hundred and twenty cases in treatment group were treated with Jiannao Yizhi Capsule on the basis of conventional method. Levels of endothelin （ET）, calcitonin gene relatecl-pepitide （CGRP）, lipin peroxidation oxidase （LPO） and super oxidase dismutase （SOD） of the two groups were determined. Results There were significant differences in reducing levels of ET and LPO, enhancing levels of CGRP and SOD, improving neurological impairment, reducing levels of blood lipid and blood viscosity between the two groups （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Jiannao Yizhi capsule can adjust levels of ET, CGRP, SOD, reduce levels of blood lipid and blood viscosity, that may be one of the mechanisms of brain-protection on ischemic stroke patients.
