摘　　要：目的分析正确使用镇痛泵对避免不良反应和减轻患者术后疼痛的效果。方法妥善固定一次性自控镇痛泵,加强对患者呼吸、血压的密切观察和心理护理。结果通过加强镇痛泵使用的观察和护理,使镇痛泵的使用获得了满意的效果。结论在骨科术后的运用静脉自控镇痛泵可以提高护理效果。Objective： To analyze the effect of patient--controlled intravenous analgesia pump. Method： Fixed the patient-contrelled intravenous analgesia properly, the respiration, the blood pressure and the psychology of patient should be observed closely. Result： The effect of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia pump was satisfactory. Conclusion： Application of patient- controlled intravenous analgesia can improve the nursing efficacy.
