摘 要:根据塔式起重机选择定位原则——满足钢结构施工需要,对照起重能力和提升速度等指标,考虑现场起重机的协同作业和相互安装、拆卸关系等,CCTV主楼结构塔楼1和塔楼2分别采用1台M1280D和1台M600D动臂式塔式起重机;裙房采用2台M440D动臂式和1台C70/50B塔式起重机。通过对塔楼M1280D动臂式塔式起重机起重性能与施工现场各半径范围内最重构件的比较分析,指出各起重机均能发挥各自起吊能力,且覆盖施工吊装区域内所有构件。Based on the selection and location principle of tower crane, which is meeting construction requirement of steel structure, according to the indexes of hanging ability and velocity, considering the collaborating of cranes as well as relationships of installation and disassembly, No. 1 and No. 2 towers of CCTV main building apply one M1280D and one M600D whip-typed tower cranes separately, and skirt building applies two M440D and one C70/50B whip-typed tower cranes. Through comparison of hanging performance of M1280D whip-typed tower crane and the heaviest component in construction field, it is pointed out that cranes can lift every component in construction field.
