摘 要:CCTV主楼悬臂施工阶段,对塔式起重机在移位安装至悬臂部位过程中和使用状态下进行高频次、高精度、多点位动态监测。监测内容为垂直度和支撑梁水平度,分别采用激光铅直仪和电子经纬仪。通过对各测点监测结果的对比分析,得出塔式起重机底座的不均匀沉降和塔身位移变形数据波动范围均不大,满足塔式起重机安全使用限值要求;另外,悬臂部位塔式起重机自重及吊运负荷状态下对结构产生的变形影响很小,说明其底座设计及加固措施合理、有效。During cantilever construction of CCTV main building, high frequency, high precision and multi-point dynamic monitoring is used in tower crane displacement installation and usage. Monitoring contents are verticality and horizontality of support beam, which are monitored by laser plumb instrument and electronic theodolite separately. The monitoring results show that the uneven settlements of tower crane base and data fluctuation range of tower body deformation are small enough to meet safe usage requirement. Furthermore, it has little influence on tower crane dead weight and hang load on structural deformation, which indicates that the base design and strengthening methods of tower crane are reasenable and effective.
