摘　　要：CCTV主楼塔楼分别采用1台M1280D和1台M600D动臂式塔式起重机,4台大型起重机部件超重、超大且屋面倾斜,拆除难度大。分析了工程特点和设备性能,针对性地采用不同的拆除方式,介绍了塔式起重机顺序拆除和与屋面起重机WQ16、WQ6相结合的拆除技术。关键点在于拆卸起重臂时,不能直接拆卸吊到地面,而应将起重臂分解拆散后吊运地面装车运出,因此需提前准备好满足性能要求的汽车起重机和板车。The towers of CCTV main building apply one M1280D and one M600D whip-typed tower crane separately. Because of super-weight, super-big components and inclined roof, it is difficult for demolition of the four tower cranes. The engineering characteristics and equipment performances are analyzed and different demolition metheds are adopted, which are sequential demolition for tower crane collaborating with roof crane WQ16 and WQ6. The key point for demolition is that hoisting ann should be decomposed for transportation, so the truck crane and platform lorry which meet performance requirement should be prepared in advance.
