摘  要:在华电石门电厂240m高单筒式烟囱工程施工中,对电动升模体系的提升系统、平台系统采取了一系列改进措施,采用电动升模外架单爬技术,使外支模操作架和外提升架其中一架固定,另外一架相对运动,交替爬升,以带动模板及整个施工平台提升;并采用内支模吊挂在辐射梁上的方式,减少了内操作提升架,保证了工程质量,加快了施工进度,并降低了成本。该体系由电动提升系统、随升操作平台及垂直运输系统、单元式模板系统、电气及信号控制系统等组成。Improvement measures to the electric climbing-form system, such as lifting and platform system, are adopted in the construction of 240m high single-cylinder type chimney. The single climbing system of external formwork for electric climbing-form is applied, which makes one of handing frame and lifting frame of external formwork fastened and another one lifted relatively to drive lifting of formwork and the whole construction platform. Moreover, internal formwork is hung on the radiative beam to reduce internal handing and lifting frame. This system includes electric lifting system, follow lifting handing platform and vertical transportation system, unit style formwork system, electric and signal control system, and so on, which assures engineering quality, improves construction progress, and reducos cost.
