摘　　要：奥宇126型无背楞拼装式全钢大模板技术应用于带有装饰条的清水混凝土工程中。模板类型有标准平模、异型平模和标准阴角模。重点介绍了面板、边框、横肋和竖肋、装饰条连接板、装饰条等平模构造及其连接方式,该模板体系已经成功应用于上海华为工程。根据应用过程中技术上的不足,提出改进措施:提高三角边框轧制精度以降低三角边框直线度误差;改进横肋下料工艺,提高垂直精度以提高组拼时模板面板整体平直度。The technology of all-steel large fonnwork with no dorsal bar assembly is applied in fair-faced concrete engineering with garnishing strip. This kind of formwork includes standard fiat fonnwork, special shaped flat formwork and standard inside comer fonnwork, and the fiat formwork strocturesand its connecting method of panel, side jamb, vertical and transverse ribs, garnishing strip connecting plate, garnishing strip are introduced in detail. This formwork system has been used in Shanghai Huawei project successfully. Considering with the disadvantages in application, some improvement measurse are put forward, such as improving the rolling accuracy of triangle side jamb to decrease straightness errors, improving blanking technique and vertical precision to strengthen the whole flatness.
