EFFECT OF TEMPERING TEMPERATURE AND TIME ON MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF NON-QUENCHED AND TEMPERED BAINITIC STEEL

摘  要:通过常规力学性能测试设备和SEM,XRD研究了回火温度和回火时间对贝氏体型非调质钢力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:在300~600℃不同温度保温2h的回火处理后,屈服强度在350℃达到峰值,在450℃落到谷值;抗拉强度随回火温度的提高一直下降;硬度在550℃以上才明显下降;而冲击韧性在325℃达到峰值,在450℃落到谷值。在350℃不同时间回火后,屈服强度和抗拉强度并没有随回火时间的延长明显下降,而冲击韧性在保温2h时达最大值,之后急剧下降。The effect of tempering temperature and time on the mechanical property of nonquenched and tempered bainitie steel was researched by traditional mechanical testing equipment, SEM and XRD. The result showed that after the samples were tempered from 300℃ to 600℃ for 2 hours respectively, the yield strength reached peak value at 350℃ but valley point at 450℃, the tensile strength failed with rising temperature, the hardness began to reduce remarkably above 550℃, the toughness reached peak value at 325℃ but valley point at 450℃. After they were tempered through different time at 350℃, the yield strength and tensile strength did not drop obviously with prolonged time, but toughness descended markedly after it reached peak value for 2 hours holding.
