摘　　要：面对激烈的市场竞争,如何实施绩效管理,推动医院快速可持续发展成为医院管理者关心的首要问题。从医院实施绩效管理的目的意义谈起,详细地介绍了医院绩效管理的系统构建、功能以及对医院快速可持续发展的推动作用。Facing the fierce medical market competition, how to fulfil the Performance Management anti promote a sustainable and rapid development of the hospital become the core subject for the hospital managers. This article begin with the purpose and significance of practicing the hospital performance management, then introduced the performance management system and its main function to promote the hospital＇s sustainable and rapid development.
