摘　　要：随着光纤通信技术的不断发展和国家电网公司电力系统业务发展的需要,通信光缆逐渐成为电力通信网的核心组成部分,通信光缆承载着电网生产、调度行政电话、各种办公系统等多种类、大数量的通信信息业务,它的安全运行成为确保电网安全的关键环节之一。文章针对近年来的几起光缆受外力破坏典型故障进行分析,找出通信光缆屡受外力破坏的原因和薄弱环节,探讨了加强通信光缆安全管理的措施和方法,为相关单位提供参考。Along with the development of optical fiber communication technology and increasing of service demand of State Grid Corporation of China, optical network has become the core of power communication network. Carrying the information of power production, dispatching telephony and office automation system, the safe operation of optical network plays an important role in the security of power grid. Based on several cases, this paper analyses the reasons of optical fiber damage caused by outside destroy, and discusses the countermeasures and methods. It has reference value for relevant units.
