Studies on High-New Technology Industry Development in Hunan Province

摘　　要：随着中国加入WTO,中国高新技术的发展面临的竞争日趋激烈。近年来,湖南高新技术产业发展迅速,对经济增长的贡献率非常大。从湖南省高新技术发展特点、湖南高新技术产业竞争力评价等方面论述了2007年湖南省高新技术产业的发展状况,并针对湖南省高新技术发展过程中存在的问题和制约因素,提出促进湖南省高新技术发展的措施及建议。Because China joins into WTO, the competition that the Chinese high-new technology development faces is gradually furious. In recent years, Hunan high-new technology industry develops rapidly, its contribution rate on economic growth is very big. From the aspects of Hunan high-new technology development characteristics and competitiveness evaluation, this paper discusses the development status of Hunan high-new technology industry in 2007, puts forward measures and suggestions for accelerating the development of Hunan high-new technology aiming at the existent problems and restrictive factors in the development process of Hunan high-new technology.
