摘 要:研究了白炭黑增强自制偶联型溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的加工性能、物理机械性能、滚动阻力、抗湿滑性和耐磨性,并与国内外同类产品进行了比较。结果表明,自制100%偶联SSBR纯胶的门尼黏度高、应力弛豫速率慢、弹性高,加工性能受到影响;SSBR硫化胶具有较高的300%定伸应力,达到14.7 MPa,其滚动阻力低、抗湿滑性和耐磨性均优于同类产品。The processing performance, mechanical properties, rolling resistance, wet traction and abrasion resistance of self-made coupled solution polymerized butadiene-styrene rubber (SSBR) reinforced by silica were studied, and compared with domestic and foreign commercial products. The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of 100% coupled SSBR was high, the strain relaxation speed was low, the elasticity was better, the processing ability was affected. Compared with the other two samples, 100% coupled SSBR exhibited highest modulus at 300% (reached 14.7 MPa), and the rolling resistance, wet traction and abrasion resistance were better.
