摘　　要：对渐开线齿轮修形的原理、方法和进展等进行了综合论述．讨论了渐开线齿轮修形技术的新进展，并在齿轮三维综合弹性变形曲线和三维修形曲线研究的基础上，提出了开展齿轮目标修形研究的新观念．The principles, methods and progress outline of gear tooth profile modification are given in this paper. And some new developments of profile modification techniques are also discussed. Based on the study of Elastic Deformation Curves of a Pinion Shaft and 3D Modification Curves of Gear Tooth, a new concept of Objective Modification of Tooth Profile is put forward.
