基于后峰锯齿波冲击的瓦楞纸板包装系统研究

摘  要:以瓦楞纸板平压本构模型为基础,利用在实验中得出的瓦楞纸板力学模型,建立了瓦楞纸板非线性缓冲包装系统的动力学方程;采用后峰锯齿波激励,建立了状态方程,并对非线性振动方程应用四阶龙格-库塔数值法求解,得到了不同阻尼系数的冲击谱和破损边界曲线及不同相对脉冲幅值的冲击谱和破损边界曲线;最后详细讨论了阻尼系数c、激励幅值U″m对冲击谱曲线和破损边界曲线的影响,为瓦楞纸板的选用提供了科学依据。The dynamic equation of nonlinear cushioning packaging system of corrugated board was established based on plane compression constitutive model and utilizing the mechanical model drawn in experiments. The state equations were established by using the excitation of final peak saw tooth shock pulse. The nonlinear vibration equations were solved by using fourth-order Runge-Kutta numerical method. The shock spectra and the damage boundary curves under different damping coefficient and different relative pulse amplitude were obtained. Finally the impacts of damping coefficient c and amplitude excitation U'm on the curves of shock spectra and damage boundary curves were discussed. The purpose was to provide a scientific basis for the selection of corrugated cardboard.
