摘　　要：目的分析颅脑外伤合并视神经损伤的损伤机制及治疗效果。方法回顾分析颅脑外伤合并眼视神经损伤35例的临床资料。对其诊断及非手术和手术治疗结果进行了探讨。结果颅脑外伤合并视神经损伤总体预后较差,早期的诊断及及时有效的综合治疗是提高视力的关键。结论治疗颅脑外伤合并视神经损伤,眼科和神经外科医生需密切配合,掌握救治视神经损伤的最佳时机。Objective To analyze the mechanism of injury and curative effect of craniocerebral injury combined with optic nerve injury. Methods The clinical data of 35 cases of craniocerebral injury combined with optic nerve injury were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnosis, surgical and nonoperative treatment were discussed. Results The optic nerve damage was a sort of eye trauma, and usually had unfavourable prognosis. Early diagnosis and prompt effective treatment were keys to improve eyesight. Conclusion In the treatment of craniocerebral injury,it is necessary to emphasize the cooperation of ophthalmologist and neurosurgeon,and seize the proper time of treatment.
