中国春ph1b和ph2a突变体与秦岭黑麦杂种胚胎发育的比较研究

摘  要:用石蜡切片法,对中国春ph1b和ph2a突变体(CSph1b和CSph2a)与秦岭黑麦远缘杂交的受精作用和早期胚胎发育进行了研究。结果表明,大部分秦岭黑麦花粉能在小麦柱头上萌发,花粉管可顺利长入花柱和胚囊;在CSph1b和CSph2a已授粉子房中,分别有92.51%和89.67%完成双受精而形成胚和胚乳,也有少部分仅有卵核受精或极核受精而只形成胚或胚乳,两者总受精率分别为95.18%和94.20%,成胚率分别为93.04%和91.30%。表明CSph1b和CSph2a与秦岭黑麦的可杂交性都很高。The fertilization and early embryo development in the hybrids of wheat Chinese Spring mutants ph1b (CSph1b) and ph2a (CSph2a) with rye (Secale cereale cv. Qinling) were observed. It was shown that a majority of pollens produced by Qinling rye germinated on the stigmas of CSph1b and CSph2a, and their pollen tubes easily penetrated into the styles and embryo sacs of them; 92. 51% and 89. 67% of the pollinated ovaries of CSphlb and CSph2a completed double fertilization and formed both normal embryos and endosperms. A small proportion of the pollinated ovaries of them could only let their egg nuclei or polar nuclei be fertilized and form either embryos or endosperms. The total percentages of the pollinated ovaries of them were 95.18% and 94.20% and the embryo-formation percentages of the pollinated ovaries were 93.04% and 91.30%, resepectively. It was indicated that there was high crossability of CSph1b and CSph2a with Qinling rye.
