摘　　要：介绍韶关冶炼厂对Ⅰ系统进行的挖潜增产改造实践,重点对干吸设备的改造包括:拆除2台干燥塔和2台二吸塔、新建1台干燥塔和1台二吸塔,配套更换了干燥、二吸循环系统,保留原一吸塔和一吸循环系统,修改和完善干吸工序相应的工艺管道,改造后硫酸产量达到18.5万t/a。This paper recommends the modification practice on system Ⅰ in Shaoguan Smelter to increase the production, emphasizes on dry absorption equipment modification, which includes building a drying tower and a final absorption tower after demolishing two drying tower and two final absorption tower, replacing the dry and final absorption circulation system for matching, preserving original first absorption tower and first absorption circulation system, amending and perfecting the corresponding process piping in dry and absorption process After the modification,the sulphuric acid output reaches 185 thousand ton annually.
