摘　　要：以秦皇岛运通玻璃机电研究所生产的5 000 mm×2 440 mm往复式水平钢化炉为例,根据生产经验总结出有机玻璃模板用钢化玻璃的工艺设置要点。以12 mm白玻为例,对不同装载方式下有机玻璃模板用钢化玻璃生产的温度设定作了介绍。Taking 5 000 mm × 2 440 mm reciprocating horizontal tempering furnace produced by Qinhuangdao Yuntong Glass Electromechanical Research Institute as an example, this paper summarizes key points of process setting of tempered glass mold used for organic glass production based on production experience. With 12 mm clear glass as an example, it also describes temperature setting of organic glass production by adopting tempered glass mold in different loading modes.
