摘  要:研制了真空二极管电流电压参数监测用的电容分压器、微分环以及标定实验平台,对其工作原理及结构进行了描述,完成了探测器灵敏度实验标定和理论模拟,确定了探测器灵敏度的参数。从而解决了该探测器离线标定和在线使用之间的矛盾,并验证了设计的合理性。The monitoring detectors and relational calibration devices for voltage and current measurement of the vacuum diode were developed, The detectors' working principle and structure were descripted firstly. The detectors" finally sensibility parameters were obtained by compared data of calibration and simulation. The contradiction between on-line running and off-line calibration was solved, The rationality of design was validated in the work.
