摘　　要：介绍了基于单片机的核实验辐射环境无线自动报警装置的软硬件设计。系统由G-M管、高压模块、信号整形电路、电源模块、单片机和无线传输模块等部分组成。该装置具有低功耗、高性能、检测精度高、维护方便,操作简单等特点,并具有广泛的应用前景。This article introduces based on monolithic integrated circuifs nuclear experiment radiation environment wireless alarm device＇s software and hardware design The system by G-M tube, high-pressured module, signal conditioning circuit, power source module , monolithic integrated circuit and wireless transmission module is composed. The device has low power consumption, high performance, high accu-racy detection, easy maintenance, small size, simple operation, and other features, and has a broad application prospects.
