摘　　要：在分析服务外包的内涵与特征,以及成为服务外包基地城市需要具备的基本条件后,重点对天津服务外包业务的发展现状、目前天津服务外包发展面临的机遇与挑战等问题进行了深入探讨,最后对如何有效促进天津服务外包基地城市持续健康发展提出了可操作性建议。After analyzing the features and the conditions owned by the base of the service outsourcing, this article pays more attention to the status quo of the Tianjin service outsourcing and the opportunity and the challenge of it. In the end, we put forward to some suggestions for the sustained and healthy development of the service outsourcing base of Tianjin.
