摘　　要：叶片钢是我公司的主要生产品种,在2005年的生产中,出现了大量的因叶片钢铁素体含量超标引起用户质量异议,给公司造成了恶劣的影响,针对叶片钢铁素体含量超标的冶炼工艺进行分析,认为有效控制钢液的合金元素成分和严格控制加热温度,是抑制铁素体含量超标的关键。Blade steel is one of the main product of our company, but the ferrite contents of large quantity of blade steels produced in 2005 didn＇t meet the requirements of the related standards, which caused consumer＇s quality objection and wicked influence to our company. In this paper, based on the analysis of the melting process of the unqualified blade steel, it was obtained that effective control of alloyed elements of liquid steel and strict control of heat treatment temperature were the keys to make ferrite content meet the requirements of the related standard.
