摘　　要：分析了用于军品生产过程中温度测量和控制的测量设备铂铑10-铂热电偶的同名极法分度时测量结果的不确定度来源,依据国军标GJB/J2749-96《建立测量标准技术报告的编写要求》及计量技术规范JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度的评定与表示》对计量标准装置的不确定度进行正确分析评定以保证测量结果的准确性。The sources of uncertainty of temperature measurement results with homo - polars indexing method of Platinum Rhodium 10- platinum thermocouple during the production of military products were analyzed in this paper. According to GJB/ J2749- 96 Compilation request for establishment technology report of survey standard and measurement technology standard JJGI059 - 1999 Evaluation and indication on uncertainty of measurement, Uncertainty of standard installment for measurement was analyzed and evaluated correctly in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
