摘　　要：在我国钢铁企业物流管理和发展现状的基础上,分析了攀钢集团四川长城特殊钢公司物流管理现状和存在的主要问题。并从增强认识,实行集成化的管理,强化信息化和网络化建设,建立和完善物流成本与绩效指标考核体系以及引进和培养物流人才等方面对加强公司物流管理水平提出了自己的想法。Basing on the present situation of management and development of national iron and steel enterprise logistics, the key problems existed in logistics management of Sichuan Changeheng Spocial Steel Co., Ltd., Pangang Group were analyzed in this paper. In order to strengthen management level on company logisties, some ideas were proposed in this paper, which were understanding enhancement, implementing integrated management, strengthening the construction of informafionization and network, establishing and consummating assessment system on logistics cost and performance index, as well as introduction and training for logistics talents.
