中性造纸专用胶SR18用于涂布白纸板的施胶

摘　　要：介绍一种中性造纸专用施胶剂SR18在涂布白纸板生产中的应用情况，应用结果表明：（1）SR18中性胶应用于难施胶的废报纸脱墨浆，施胶效果稳定，施胶度可控制在50—80g·m^-2解决了废纸脱墨浆的施胶难题：（2）SR18中性胶应用于木浆与废纸混合浆的施胶，系统的pH值从5．0～5．5提高到7．4-7．8，施胶效果稳定。施胶度可控制在30～50g.m^2范围内；（3）SR18中性胶与填料碳酸钙具有良好的相容性，有利于稳定废纸的施胶质量；（4）采用SR18中性造纸专用胶替代传统的酸性施胶，用于涂布白纸板的生产，转换顺利平稳，并可明显改善成纸的外观质量。It was conduced that the application of a special alkaline size SR18 on production of coated white paper board. The trial results showed that： （1） the neutral size SR18 did a good performance of sizing stability used in deinking pulp of waste paper, with the degree of sizing of an range from 50 to 80 g.m^-2, resolved the sizing problem of deinked pulp; （2） in comparison of the acidic size of pH range from 5.0 to 5.5 ,the neutral size SR18 has a good sizing stability with mixture wood pulp and waste paper pulp,with the sizing degree of an range from 30 to 50 g.m^-2 while the wet end pH range from 7.4 to 7.8; （3） the neutral size SR18 has a good compatibility with calcium carbonate filler, being beneficial to stabilizing the sizing quality of waste paper. What＇s more, adopting the neutral size SR18 instead of traditional acid size for the production of coated white paper board led to a smooth and stable conversion,bringing a significant improvement on the appearance quality of paperboard.
