摘  要:本试验旨在研究在奶牛日粮中添加亚油酸(Linoleic acid,LA)和二十二碳六烯酸(Docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)对奶牛瘤胃液中纤维素酶(水杨苷酶、木聚糖酶、羧甲基纤维素酶)活性的影响。结果表明,日粮中添加LA会抑制瘤胃中木聚糖酶的活性,但可提高水杨苷酶和羧甲基纤维素酶的活性,而DHA对3种酶的活性均有提高作用,其中LA和DHA对水杨苷酶和羧甲基纤维素酶活性的提高具有协同作用。木聚糖酶和水杨苷酶的活性均在饲喂后2h达到最高点,而羧甲基纤维素酶的活性则随着时间的变化呈降低趋势。The objective of this study was to evaluate the activity of cellulase in rumen when LA and DHA were supplemented in diets. The results showed that the activity of xylanase in rumen was restricted by adding LA in diets, in contrast, the activities of saliein hydrolytic enzyme and CMC hydrolytic enzyme were improved and also generated synergistic reaction. On the other hand, the activities of the three enzymes were inhanced by adding DHA; the activities of xylanase and salicin hyrolytic enzyme reached the highest level after 2 h the activity of CMC hydrolytic enzyme tended to cut down with the time changed. feeding,
