烧结增效剂(SYP)在永通公司烧结生产中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了永通公司烧结生产配加SYP烧结增效剂的试验与应用过程。在其生产中解决了一些关键技术,提高了烧结矿的冶金性能和理化性能指标,使烧结矿转鼓指数提高了3.13%(由72.01%提高至75.14%),烧结固体燃耗降低3.68kg/t,FeO质量分数降低了0.84%,取得了显著的效果。Experiment and application of adding SYP in sintering practice were introduced. It obtained marked effects to add SYP. The results showed that metaUurgieal properties and physicochemistry properties of sinter were improved, sinter tumber index was increased 3.13%, sinter solid bum-out decreased 3.68%, and FeO mass fraction was decreased 0.84%.
