摘 要:将亚麻纱线的USTER测试数据进行模糊聚类分析,并与黑板检验数据进行比较,结果表明:组间平均连接距离法——欧式距离平方模糊聚类模式,能很好地将亚麻纱线USTER测试的数据进行分类。分类结果与传统的黑板检验结果有较好的一致性,有望用于亚麻纱线USTER检验结果的纱线质量分析和控制。研究的数据表明,亚麻纱线的USTER测试结果的聚类特性可能会受到生产厂家(设备)、工艺条件、纤维长短和纱线线密度的影响,有待进行深入研究。The test data of linen yarns with Uster was analyzed by the fuzzy cluster analysis method and compared with the test data by the seriplane. It was shown that combination of Between-groups linkage and Squared Euclidean distance methods can make a satisfied classification for the test data of linen yarn with Uster, and was well in accordance with the results tested by seriplane. The study indicated that, it is very possible to use the fuzzy cluster in the analysis and quality control of line yarns with the Uster test data. The data also indicated that, the characteristics of the classification of Uster data may be influenced by several factors, such as supplier, processes, fiber properties and the size of the yarn, which are needed for further investigation.
