摘　　要：分析Flexsim仿真和AHP法在设施布置评价系统中各自的优势和不足,提出将Flexsim仿真数据作为AHP法中构造判断矩阵的依据,从而减少AHP法在方案评价中的主观性太强的弱点,以便形成更加合理、完善、科学的评价方法。Analyze the advantage and disadvantage of both Flexsim simulation and AHP in evaluation system of facilities layout, proposing the simulation data as the evidence of the judgment matrix in AHP, overcoming the subjectivity of AHP in evaluation planning, to make it more reasonable, more perfect and more scientific.
