摘 要:在降低45t/h抛煤机炉烟灰中可燃物含量方面,本文通过利用拱背、槽型分离器、旋风筒、电收尘四级飞灰回收复燃技术,将烟气中的可燃物含量较高的大颗粒烟灰进行收集,再送回炉膛内进行二次燃烧的技术应用及通过对四级回收设施的改造使飞灰的回收率高达95%以上,既节约了能源,又减少了灰尘外排。还分析了四级飞灰复燃技术在抛煤机炉上应用后产生的不利影响及应对措施,从抛煤量的控制、炉排转速以及一、二次风量的调整等几个方面来确保锅炉的高效稳定安全运行。This text is focusing on the re-burning process of coal dust collected from vent gas of 45 t/h coal auto-feeder furnace. The bigger-sized coal dust grain collection of bigger is conducted by extrados slot-shaped separator, cyclone drum, ESP (Electrostatic Precipitation), which is sent back into furnace for re-burning, recovery ratio is more than 95 %, resulting in both energy conservation and emission reduction. In this paper, it is also analyzed that the adverse effects and countermeasures after the furnace is fed with class 4 coal dust. Therefore, the quantity of feeding coal has to be controlled, the speed of furnace grate and the first and the second air quantity have to be adjusted so as to ensure the furnace to operate in a high efficient, stable and safe working condition. In general, the application of re-burning process of class 4 coal dust has much more important significances on increasing boiler efficiency, decreasing coal consumption, energy conservation & emission reduction, enhancing enterprise economic efficiency, and minimizing environmental pollution, etc.
