摘　　要：介绍了温湿度计量装置的研制，阐述了其工作原理、硬件组成、关键技术及实现的功能。该装置的研制成功不仅能够满足小型湿度传感器和温度传感器的校准需要，也可以用于露点湿度计（露点范围：-20～40℃）的校准。Temperature and humidity calibration device is introduced in this paper. Its operation principle, the design of hardware, the software and its function are presented. Although generally it is used for calibration of various relative humidity meters and temperature sensors, it can also be used for the dew point measurement within the dew point temperature range approximately from - 20℃ to 40℃.
