摘  要:为了系统了解毛泡桐光合作用的动态变化规律,以开发区行道树毛泡桐作为研究对象,对该叶片光合作用年变化规律进行研究.结果表明:毛泡桐叶片净光合速率变化呈近"W"型,3个峰值分别出现在5,8,10月;叶表面温度呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,其峰值出现在8月;蒸腾速率和气孔导度均呈下降趋势;环境光合有效辐射呈波浪式下降,有2个峰,分别出现在6月和8月;水分利用效率在5~9月期间趋于稳定,10月其值急剧上升,出现一峰值.相关分析结果表明,气孔导度、蒸腾速率均与净光合速率显著相关,叶表面温度与水分利用率相关性极显著.The research is carried out to gain a systematic knowledge about the dynamic photosynthesis variation regularity of Paulownia tomentosa Steud with its objects of study picked from the street trees-Paulowmia tomentosa Steud -of the development zone. The results turn out to be as follows: (1) The seasonal variation curve of photosynthesis on leaves takes the shape of "W", with the 3 peaks appearing respectivly in May, August and Oetober. The surface temperature on leaves takes an upward trend in the earlier period while a downward one in the later period with the temperature peak observed in August; (2) The values of transpiration rate and stomatal conductance take a downward trend; (3) Photosynthesis active radiation(PAR) takes a down trend, with 2 peaks observed in June and August respectively; (4)Water use efficiency remains stable from May to September, and then, goes up abruptly to a peak in October. The correlation analysis reveals a significant correlation not only between Gs and Pn, but also between Tr and Pn. ,and correlation between water use efficiency and Tsur also reaches a very significant level.
