摘  要:基于重庆市建设大都市的战略背景,巴南区花溪镇正处于快速城市化和工业化进程中,探讨其大气环境质量变化趋势并制定相应保护措施,对镇域可持续发展具有重要意义.首先对花溪镇空气污染源进行了调查,并对空气环境质量进行了评价,然后对工业废气、生活废气和汽车尾气的排放情况进行了预测.结果表明未来花溪镇大气污染物排放量可能会增加;最后提出实施工业布局调整、重点工业污染源管理、清洁能源推广工程、汽车尾气污染防治、餐饮废气整治和城市森林建设等措施以保护大气环境质量.In the larger context of building Chongqing into an international metropolis, the Huaxi Town has also stepped up its efforts in urbanization and industrilizaiton. Thus it is of vital importance to have a clear picture of the air quality variation trend and accordingly to take timely measures to protect air from pollutions. This is important for the sustainable development of the town. Firstly, air quality of the town is assessed based on data from a pollutant sources investigation. Secondly, a forecast is made of the waste gases emitted from factories, families and automobiles. The results show that the future discharge amount of waste gases townwide is very likely on the increase. Finally, some countermeasures have been suggested to improve the air quality. These measures include: to optimize industry distribution; to strengthen the pollutant sources management of key industries; to encourage and popularize the use of clean energies; to put exhaust gas of automobiles under still stricter control; to reduce waste gas discharge of the catering industry and strengthen urban afforestation.
