不同硼肥水平下甘蓝型油菜农艺性状的遗传分析

摘  要:以6个低芥酸、低硫苷油菜品种及1个低芥酸油菜品种和4个常规的甘蓝型油菜品种为亲本.按5×6不完全双列杂交配制正反交39个组合.F1和亲本在两种硼肥水平下种植.以包括基因型×环境互作的AD模型与ADM模型分别估算了11个农艺性状的各项遗传方差分量和狭义遗传率.结果表明,采用ADM模型分析时,大多数性状受到母体效应的影响,而且这些性状的机误方差比率均有不同程度的下降.总体上看,各性状的遗传以基因型效应为主,并有程度不同的基因型与环境互作效应.这些性状受基因效应作用的类型相当复杂.此外,还比较了各性状各项狭义遗传率的大小.Six rapeseed varieties with low eruicacid and low glucosindate were set as one group of parent, and one variety with low eruicacid and four normal varieties were set as another group.39 hybrids including 13 recipcals were obtained from the two groups of parent. The hybrids and their parents were grown in rice field with two levals of Boron.The variance components and narrow heritabilities for 11 agronomic traits were estimated by AD model and ADM model, respectively. The results indicated that the significance of maternal effect was detected for most of traits, and the proportion of random error for the traits with significant maternal effect decreased in ADM model. The types of gene effects that controlled these traits were very different. In general, most of traits were mainly affected by genetic effects, and slightly by gene×boron interaction effects. Finally, the narrow heritabilites for all traits were compared.
