偏籼型广亲和同质恢复系的选育及其应用

摘  要:利用同质恢材料,选择具有广亲和基因的粳稻品种02428与之杂交,采用系谱法进行连续多代选择正常结实单株,成功地将恢复基因和广亲和基因聚合,育成了偏籼型的广亲和同质恢复系T136,经与籼型三系不育系诊汕97A、协青早A等配组,其组合杂种优势强,丰产性好,穗大粒多,结实率高,抗倒性强。汕优136、协优136等组合具有广泛的应用前景。利用同质恢逐步增加恢复系粳性血缘的方法,为三系法籼粳亚种杂种优势利用探索出一条有效途径。By selecting normal seed setting single plants generation to generation,indicaclinous wide compatibility restorer T136 was developed from the cross of isoplasmic restorer gene and Japonica rice 02428 with wide compatibility gene.Crossed with Indica CMS lines such as Zhenshan 97A and Xieqingzhao A,its hybrids had obvious heterosis.The hybrid rice Shanyou 136 or Xieyou 136 showed high yield,good seed setting,strong lodging-resistance and wide utilization.It is an effect way to study heterosis between Indica and Japonica by crossing with isoplasmic restorer and Japonica wide compatibility.
