固尔苏治疗早产儿肺透明膜病30例临床分析

摘　　要：探讨固尔苏治疗早产儿肺透明膜病的疗效。把自2005年2月至2008年12月在莆田学院附属医院儿科住院的早产儿肺透明膜病的68例患儿随机分为两组,固尔苏治疗组30例,对照组38例,通过疗效对比,结果显示:治疗组应用固尔苏1—3h后内呼吸困难症状明显改善,应用呼吸机及给氧时间明显缩短,住院天数明显缩短,日后随访发现后遗症发生率明显下降。两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果表明,固尔苏治疗早产儿肺透明膜病疗效显著,大大提高了早产儿肺透明膜病救治的成功率。Objective To study the efficacy of Curosuff on the hycline membrance disease （HDM） of prematurity. Methods Totally 68 prematurities with HMD were randomly assigned into two groups （Curosurf treatment group of 30 cases and negative control group of 38 cases ）. Then the efficacy of the two were analyzed. Results After the using of Curosurf, 30 cases among the treatment group improved theirs dyspnea symptoms in 1 to 3 hours, cut doum the time of the mechanical ventilation and oxygen dependence, and the days be in hospital as well. The diffenence between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Efficacy of Curosurf on HMd of prematurity are marktable. With it, we raised the rescue rate of the prematurity HMD significantly.
