高龄人群股骨颈骨折后行人工髋关节置换的分析

摘　　要：目的对特殊的老年人的股骨颈骨折的髋关节置换的疗效的探讨。方法回顾分析我院2004年～2008年39例特殊的老年人的股骨颈骨折行髋关节置换术的手术效果,术后随访6月～5年,平均3年,对术后髋关节功能进行评分。结果对39例进行Harris评分均在优良率达92%。髋关节活动度好,无明显髋关节疼痛、感染、脱位、下沉等并发症。结论对特殊的老年人的股骨颈骨折,行恰当的髋关节置换术,是安全可靠的。Objective To study the safety and clinical effect of hip joint,replacement on the femoral neck fracture of the special aged people. Methods The 39 femoral neck fracture cases operational effect that were treated with hip joint replacement from 2004 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The follow - up time was 6 monthes to 3 years after operation, the average was 3 years. Their score of postoperative coax function was taken. Results According for Harris function score 28 cases were excellent cases, 8 good ,6 general, which the fine therapy rate was 92%. joint range of mo- tion were excellent,without infectation,dislocation, severe Joint pain and subsidence. Conclusions Correct choice of the appropriate therapy, hip joint replacement on the femoral neck fracture of the special aged people were safe.
