唾液腺多形性腺瘤及癌在多形性腺瘤中hMSH2、hMLH1蛋白的表达和意义

摘　　要：探讨错配修复基因hMSH2、hMLH1蛋白在唾液腺多形性腺瘤及癌在多形性腺瘤中的表达及意义。免疫组织化学SP法检测涎腺多形性腺瘤27例及癌在多形性腺瘤中蜡块标本22例,共49例标本hMSH2、hMLH1蛋白的表达情况。涎腺多形性腺瘤瘤旁正常组织、涎腺多形性腺瘤和癌在多形性腺瘤组织中hMSH2、hMLH1蛋白表达的阳性率分别为28.57%和42.86%、96.3%和85.19%及90.91%和86.36%。hMSH2及hMLH1在涎腺多形性腺瘤和癌在多形性腺瘤组织中均表达上调。mismatch repair gene hMSH2, hMLH1 protein in the salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma and carcinoma expleomorphie adenomas expression and significance. SP immunohistochemical detection of salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma and 27 cases of cancer expleomorphic adenoma in wax block were 22 cases, a total of 49 cases of specimens hMSH2, hMLHI protein expression, salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma normal tissues adjacent to tumors,salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma and carcinoma expleomorphic adenoma tissue hMSH2 ,hMLH1 protein expression of the positive rate was 28.57% and 42.86% ,96.3% and85.19% ,90.91% and 86.36%. hMSH2 and hMLHI in the salivary gland pleomorphic adenoma and carcinoma expleomorphie adenoma organizations in both the increased expression.
