玉叶清火胶囊的薄层层析研究

摘　　要：目的:建立玉叶清火胶囊中玉叶金花、穿心莲、栀子、墨旱莲4种主药的薄层鉴别方法。方法:通过改变层析条件吸附剂、展开剂、显色剂,反复实验,筛选出适宜的层析条件。结果:各主药成分分离好,有效成分斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰。结论:4种主药的薄层鉴别可用于该药物质量控制的定性鉴别方法。Objective：A TLC was established for the identification Ramulus ET radix mussaendae, Androgmphitis, Fructus Gardeniae,Eelipta prostrata L in Yuyeqinghuo capsule. Methods ：To select best chromatographic condition by trial and error, making changes in sorbent,developing agent. Results： Identification on the four main herb in this capsule, ingredients were found well-separately, clearly-spotted active principle and noninterference negative sample. Conclusion：The identification could be used for the quality eontrolfor the drug.
