摘　　要：近年来由于肝移植手术的广泛开展,加之肝移植手术可能带来的多种因素,使手术患者皮肤极易发生压疮,严重影响了患者的预后。如何预防肝移植手术患者压疮的发生是护理工作者面临的难题。本文就肝移植手术压疮的发生机制、预防方法和护理措施等综述如下,以减少压疮的发生,提高肝移植手术患者的护理质量。As liver transplantation has been widely performed in recent years, which brings about many factors, pressure ulcer is found more likely to occur in the skin of patients undergoing liver transplantation, thus greatly affect the prognosis of these patients. How to pre- vent pressure ulcer among such patients is a difficult problem confronted by nursing professionals. In this article the mechanism of occur- rence, preventive methods and nursing measures of pressure ulcer among patients undergoing liver transplantation are summarized, so as to help to reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcer and improve the effectiveness of nursing care.
