摘　　要：MT450/38型轮轨式提梁机是为解决高速铁路预制梁场900t级箱梁跨线装车作业而研制开发的。该提梁机支腿采用单立柱下分岔人字形的结构形式,可以通过调整直立变截面柱的长度调节提梁机高度,变高、变跨作业方便,对作业环境的适应能力强,适用范围广。提梁机总体技术方案合理、先进,安全性、经济性等指标均达到较高水平。介绍提梁机的基本构造、作业程序、主要技术指标和关键技术。Model MT450/80 wheel-track type beam hoister is developed to settle over-reaching 1oading operation of 900t box beams in prefabricated beams yard for high speed railways.A structural type of single vertical column with A-shaped lower part is adopted on outrigger of the beam hoister.The hoister's height can be adjusted through adjusting length of the vertical,variable section column,which makes operations of variable height and variable span simple and features high adaptability to work conditions and wide application range.The overall technical scheme of the beam hoister is rational and advanced and its safety and economy indexes all reach a higherlevel.Basic structure,operation processes,main technical parameters and some key technologies of the beam hoister are described in the article.
