摘 要:根据电磁振动及夯实原理研制了一种新型电磁振动夯实机。介绍了电磁振动夯实机的机械结构和工作原理,以及电磁夯实机供电电源的设计方法。电磁夯实机以电磁力做功获得夯实效果,通过运动机构在垂直方向上对地面进行冲击和振动实现夯实。压实试验表明,该机在振动频率为30Hz时,经过4遍压实后的压实度可达到88.67%,获得了较好的压实效果,具有一定的推广价值。A new type of electro-magnetic vibratory rammer is developed according to principles of electromagnetic vibration and ramming.Mechanical structure and work principle of the electro-magnetic vibratory rammer as well as design method of its power supply are expatiated. The ramming effect of an electro-magnetic rammer is obtained from the work of electromagnetic force and the ramming is realized by movement mechanism's impacting and vibrating on the ground in vertica l direction.Compaction test shows that compactness can reach 88.67% after four compacting passes by the rammer with a vibratory frequency of 30 Hz.Satisfactory compaction effect is obtained and some promotion value is shown.
