三型内齿轮流量计的流量特性仿真研究

摘　　要：针对现有的容积式流量计不能用来测量高压液压系统动态流量的现状,设计了三型内齿轮流量计,分析该流量计的流量特性,并进行仿真。指出该种流量计的流量脉动只有普通齿轮流量计的1/5,可测量液压系统高压动态流量。其基本测试原理是:先将被测液体的流量信号转换为转速信号,再通过齿轮转速传感器将转速信号变为电信号,最终确定被测系统的动态流量。该流量计具有结构简单、测量范围大、精度高、可靠性好等优点,由于该内齿轮流量计的3对小齿轮和内齿轮错位啮合,可实现低流量脉动,流量品质得到明显改善。Aiming at the present situation that dynamic flow rate in high pressure hydraulic system can't be measured by existing volumetric flowmeter,a flowmeter with three internal ggar is designed.Its flow characteristics are analyzed and simulation is conducted.It is pointed out that flow pulsation of the flowmeter is only one fifth of that of common gear flowmeter and can be used to measure high pressure dynamic flow rate of a hydraulic system.Its basic measuring principle is that:firstly,flow signal of the tested fluid is converted into speed signal; then,the speed signal is converted into electric signal through speed sensor of the gear;lastly,dynamic flowrate of the tested system is determined.The flowmeter features advantages of simple structure,large measuring range,high measuring accuracy and high reliabiliy.Because the three gears mesh step-positioned with the annular gear,low flow pulsation is realized so that the flow quality is improved significantly.
